Brief system description

The Electronic Doctor is a complex of software and server solutions (web application) open to public access via the Internet via a client web browser. The application is a questionnaire made to identify the user's symptoms of various diseases, tendencies to developing new diseases and the degree of health risk. The conclusions of the Call4life Electronic Doctor regarding the user's health status are hypothetical and can be used only for informational purposes.

The consultation of an Electronic Doctor consists of the following stages:

1. Filling out the contact information form.
